Sculpted Metal Western Belt Buckle

This buckle seems that it could potentially be the work of Pal Kepenyes. a Hungarian Mexican sculpture and goldsmith, though it is not signed. He produced many jewelry pieces and miniature decorative pieces, all made by hand, without any machinery. 

This buckle measures approximately 6"x 3".
