This is a vintage Yakity-Yak "Talking Teeth Toy" that winds up and chatters and clacks! A classic novelty toy from 1949 with the original box.
As the box says, when wound, the teeth “walk, talk, and they’re alive!”
These teeth rank up there with the eyeglasses, nose, and mustache novelties but the action of the clacking of the teeth seems to mesmerize both children and adults making some adults feel nostalgic for such things.
